Experience The Comic Book Project, the current exhibition at Collective. Gallery visitors are invited to add their own poems and drawings to John Hegley’s Walkies on the Water. Brian Dewan’s I-Strips are hand painted rolls of film. Mel Brimfield recounts the sensational story of Barbara Streisand and Joseph Beuys’ tempestuous love affair. Cartoonist Edward Ward presents moments of simultaneous misfortune in a series of drawings. Adam Dant’s drawings invite the viewer to navigate a sequence of comedic narratives.
